About Me

Phillip was born in the small community of Orange Hill Jamaica where he spent the majority of his childhood years. After marrying the love of his life, he immigrated to the United States filled with hope, but soon realized the dream of quick success was not going to be a reality. As a new resident he was subjected to the same stereotypes associated with many Caribbean foreigners such as speaking with a heavy accent, being primitive and being too proud.

This negativity only made him more determined to succeed and after a couple of dead end jobs, he landed a job in the insurance industry and this along with his college education opened the door to a really rewarding career in the airline industry.

His love for writing started in college and after writing an unpublished fiction, he felt the calling of God to use his love for writing for God’s glory. We hope this book will inspire you to make changes in your life. This is a temporary world we live in and while life on earth can be good, it will never replace the promise of eternal life that having a relationship with Christ will bring.

What Phillip Believes

He believes that the Bible is the inherent Word of God and that according to God’s Word “We are all sinners.”  Phillip believes that the only way back to God is through Jesus Christ and that can only be accomplished when we believe, confess our sins, ask for forgiveness and ask Jesus to come into our hearts.
